Materials: Welded Type 304 Stainless Steel

When designing their new conservatory restaurant, Calcot Manor chose the flush fitting Ventilated ceiling from Britannia to provide an aesthetically pleasing kitchen ventilation solution, as the kitchen is on view to the diners in the restaurant.
Prime cooking equipment in the centre of the kitchen is ventilated with a dedicated peripheral extract canopy which unlike some cassette ceiling systems, provides a dedicated fire compartment and manages the collection of grease. The area surrounding the canopy is laid to grid with stainless steel insulated ceiling tiles, and the structural void above the ceiling is used as a supply plenum. The whole ceiling is flush and provides a clean line of sight.
Incorporated into the ceiling are stainless steel supply diffuser panels, which can be moved around the kitchen to alter the air distribution pattern as required.
