The refresh unit is a self contained ventilation unit with an
integral services tower, for use over electrically powered cooking
equipment.
Refresh is ideal for use where it is not possible to install
conventional extract ductwork, or where structural alterations
are not possible, for example, in a late change of use.
The freestanding recirculation unit has integral extract fan,
which draws the air through the services tower, filtering
grease from the airstream, the air then passes through carbon
filters before being deposited back into the kitchen through
the supply diffusers on the front face of the canopy.
