Raymond Blanc has recently extended Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons,
his grade 2 listed manor house hotel and restaurant in Great
Milton, Oxfordshire. The existing kitchen facilities have been
extended and a dedicated cookery
school has been created.
Britannia supplied all the ventilation canopies for the main
production kitchen and the canopy for the cookery school, which
is shown above. The unit is manufactured from welded stainless
steel to conform with current standards, with a powder coated
finish and integral lighting to match the architects stringent
requirements. The valance of the canopy incorporates toughened
glass panels, which have been etched with the logo of Le Manoir.
