Sainsburys needed to route the electrical supply to their rotisserie
ovens, in their new ‘food to go area’ as the ovens
are removed every night for cleaning purposes, the electrical
supply could not come up through the floor. You can just see
in the photograph that we ran an electronic services distribution
unit in between the grease filters. The ovens ‘plug in’
to the ventilation canopy for the electrical supply.
